Damac Islands Sample Payment Plan

The payment plan for Damac Islands is designed to give buyers flexible entry into a premium waterfront villa community with manageable monthly payments. Structured under a 75/25 plan, buyers pay a 20% deposit upfront, followed by monthly installments over 41 months, with the final 25% due upon handover in 2027.

At the time of booking, investors are required to pay a 20% deposit to confirm their villa. In addition, a 4% Dubai Land Department (DLD) fee and an AED 5,000 admin fee are due immediately to complete the registration and processing of the property.

The remaining 55% is split across monthly installments, including several 5% milestone payments every six months. This allows buyers to gradually pay down the balance while aligning their financial outlay with the progress of construction, easing overall cash flow throughout the development phase.

Finally, a 25% payment is due at completion and handover in Q4 2027, at which point full ownership of the villa is transferred. This payment can often be covered by a post-handover mortgage, making the plan attractive to both end-users and investors looking to benefit from Dubai’s growing demand for branded island living.
