For those actively engaged in the market, the speed and frequency of launches made it challenging to track every opportunity as it emerged. Week after week, new communities, towers, and phases were introduced, each with its own unique offering, price point, and location.   • AED 70 billion in property sales: A staggering 72% increase compared to 2023.

  • AED 35.5 billion in revenue: Marking a 33% annual increase, the highest in the company's history.

  • AED 13.5 billion in net profit: Reflecting a 16% rise from the previous year.

  • 17,511 new residential units launched across seven prime locations in Dubai.

 

These figures underscore Emaar's strategic foresight and the booming demand for real estate in Dubai. The company’s projects catered to a diverse range of buyers—from investors seeking high rental yields to end users looking for premium living experiences in some of the city's most desirable locations.

  • Emaar South: With the announcement of the Dubai World Central (DWC) Airport expansion, Emaar introduced a range of new residential projects in this fast-growing district, including Golf Acres and Golf Dale.

  • Rashid Yachts & Marina: Positioned as Dubai’s most promising new waterfront community, offering exclusive residences with direct marina access.

  • Total Registered Sales: 699 units (out of 1,004 released)

 

Emaar also entered Expo City Living with Terra Heights, launching over 1,000 units. As of March 15, 2025, 699 units have been officially registered as sold.
