The payment plan for The Wilds by Aldar is designed to offer buyers a flexible and manageable way to invest in a premium villa. With a reduced 5% downpayment and a second 5% installment due after 30 days, the plan helps minimize upfront costs while spreading the remaining payments across key construction milestones.


At the time of booking, investors are required to pay a 5% deposit to reserve their villa and confirm the purchase. Another 5% is due one month later. In addition, a 4% Dubai Land Department (DLD) fee and an AED 5,250 admin fee are payable at the time of booking to complete registration and processing.


The payment schedule continues with five equal 10% installments tied to construction progress, running from October 2025 through to June 2028. This phased structure allows buyers to manage payments over time, in line with the development’s progress.


Finally, a 35% payment is due upon completion and handover in May 2029, marking the final step toward full ownership. This final installment can often be financed through a mortgage, making it easier for both UAE residents and international investors.
